Trumbull, ( - )

fl. 1670. AO (Foster) lists two brothers, Charles and Ralph Trumbull, whose dates are compatible with sermons noted in MS. Rawl. E. 208. The older brother, Ralph, is the more likely preacher as he had completed his M. A. in 1663 and by 1671 was vicar of Flore, Rutland. Charles Trumbull completed his studies at Christ Church College, Oxford in 1670 (B. C. L.), but went on to study for a further degree at All Souls (D. C. L.), Oxford, matriculating in 1677.
