Fl. 1696. Fletcher is mentioned by Joseph Keble as the preacher of a sermon at Gray's Inn in MS. Rawl. E. 210. There are many preachers named Fletcher in AO (Foster), ACAD (Venn), and CCEd, and there is no indication in the manuscript which Fletcher this might be.
