Precise date of death unknown, but he was buried in 16 April 1719. B.A. (1686/7), M.A. (1690), D.D. (1708) from King's College, Cambridge, and fellow there (1686). Curate and lecturer at East Greenwich, Kent, 1691. Chaplain to William Cowper, Lord Chancellor, and to the Lord Mayor, both in 1708. Rector of St Mary Magdalene Old Fish Street, London, 1712-1716, of St Gregory by St Paul's, 1713-1716, and of St Stephen Wallbrook, 1716-1719, all in London. Prebendary of Lichfield, 1717-1719.
