Waterhouse, John (1625-03-25 - 1675-10-08)

Precise date of birth unknown, but he was around 17 years old when he was matriculated from St John's College, Cambridge in 1642. B.A. (1645/6) from St John's. He was perhaps vicar of Darton, Yorkshire from 1660-1664. Vicar of Laughton-en-le-Morthen, Yorkshire, from 1662 apparently until his death. ACAD (Venn) gives two different dates for his death: it says he was buried on 1 March 1666/7, but also that he died sometime in 1675. CCEd indicates that he was vicar of Laughton-en-le-Morthen until 8 October 1675.
