Contents Note

The manuscript is the commonplace book of Nathanael Delaune, son of Pierre Delaune, French minister at Norwich. The book contains sermons by Pierre Delaune, almost certainly in the preacher's autograph as the sermons contain marks of revision, insertion, deletion etc. typical of preacher's drafts of sermons.

Material Features

These materials are mounted on boards within the standard Sloane collection binding. The sermons are written in a small secretary, with large ruled margins on the left and a smaller one on the right.
