Miscellaneous theological tracts including two sermons (ff. 46r-67r) written in the same hand, preached by Nicholas Lloyd in memoriam of his father, George Lloyd, a minister at Hunton, Hampshire. Followed by a biography of George Lloyd (ff. 68r-84v). Also contains texts comparing Protestantism and Catholicism, some in French and some in English, and pro-Catholic texts (beginning on f. 1, f. 15, f. 23, f.105); numerous other Latin and French treatises.

Material Features

Paper, duodecimo, 220 leaves. Sermons ruled on four sides, written in neat black ink.
