MS. Don. f. 52 - Notebook of John Aldersey

Notebook contains brief notes on sermons at London churches, 1698-1701. Aldersey sometimes noted the main heads of sermons, but he often only noted the preacher, location and text of the sermon. Aldersey seems to have been a parishioner at St Andrew Holborn, London. There is a note (f. 1) that Aldersey bought the notebook on 4 February 1698.
