This volume is more miscellaneous than the previous three (MS I.h.43-45), although it finishes the series on the Ten Commandments from I.h.45. The sermons that are dated are not in chronological order and cover a longer time span. The hand is Matthew Henry's.
Like the previous 3 volumes in this series, this is a small vellum-bound notebook consisting of small pamphlets bound together. The spine is stamped "Matt. Henry's Sermons Vol. IV" and the verso of the flyleaf has a much later signature, "J. B. Williams."
