The volume contains sermons preached and repreached by Francis Parratt. After each sermon are notes as to where and when the sermons were preached and repreached. Some of the sermons in this volume extend beyond the GEMMS date boundary of 1715. Repreachings of sermons delivered earlier than that date are noted. On f. 1r are listed the texts on which the sermons contained in the manuscript volume were preached and the starting folio on which the sermon on that text can be located.
Vellum bound notebook. 4to. ff.[i],180,[5]. Some leaves blank and a few have been cut out. Parratt’s signature is on the flyleaf, with the date 1702.
Inside is a letter from Sir H. Idris Bell, British Museum, 3 March 1941, to S.K. Jones, with the volume.
