The manuscript contains a collection of notes on sermons preached in 1655 by leading Fifth Monarchy Men, including John Simpson and Wentworth Day, at All Hallows the Great, London. J. R. Jacob states that 'We do not know who took the notes or whether Boyle ever saw them'. See J. R.
