Contents Note

ff. 2r – 3v provides an index to the 59 sermons, divided into columns of person, sermon, place, time, and page. Some of the locations in this index are unclear. For instance, "Ab." is referred to many times, which has been assumed to be Westminster Abbey. This index is headed 1645. On the last page is an inscription: “Finis began this booke at Westm. March 1 1645 & ended it at Darby in Darbyshire July 29 1646”.

Material Features

Original vellum-bound volume with clasp, bound at the top. On the first page there is an inscription: "EG 1679".
