Ff. 21r-22v contain lists of bible verses; ff. 23-44, 30-33, 35-36, 38-40, 44-58 and 60-73 are blank. F. 59 contains notes from a "Doctrin Passion of Motification" and f. 74 contains notes for a prayer. Following this, the volume is blank to the end.
A manuscript volume bound in plain velum, with ties that were once used to tie it shut. Every page has clearly ruled margins.

Notes in the catalogue only give the details that the manuscript was owned by a "Countess of Huntingdon", but Vanessa Wilkie, William A. Moffett Curator of Medieval Manuscripts and British History at the Huntington Library, has gathered evidence suggesting that this is in the hand of Lucy Hastings (Davies).
