Contains notes on a discourse on the text: "A Certain man went downe from Jerusalem into Jericho and fell amongst thieves" (Luke 10:30).
A small paper book of 16 written pages. On the back is written in a late-17th or early-18th century hand: "I think a sermon". On the front cover someone has practised an alphabet.
Purchased in January 1927 from Maggs. Bros. of London, which had acquired the archive from Edith Maud Hastings, Countess of Loudoun.
