The sermons in this volume are also contained in volumes VI and VII of “The Whole Works of Rev. John Howe with a Memoir of the Author in Eight Volumes,” ed. John Hunt (London, 1822). However, Hunt’s edition is based on a manuscript of Howe’s sermons housed at Dr. William’s Library, London.
