Description

The text commences: ‘It is the ordinary course of nature & custome amongest men, that men should teach children. but it fall out somtymes, that children may be fit to teach men .... So I may take the example of this child now to be received into the church of Christ & congregation of the faythfull’. Very brief, but written out in full. Not numbered with other sermons. The sermon was preached at a child's christening, perhaps the child of "H. W." or "H. N.", which is noted in the margin.
