Description
This is a funeral sermon, the last sermon in the volume. The application and conclusion of the sermon seem to have been added to an existing fair copy in Griffiths's hand, but in a hasty and careless manner in darker ink. The index lists this as "A funerall sermon preached at ye interment of a virtuous hopefull youth Hugh the son of Hugh Morris of Waithnol(?) in Old Radnor." Old lists suggest the town was Weythnel.

Other Note
Specific location is conjectural. Griffiths did not become minister of Disserth until 1680, but his father-in-law was the incumbent for the 20 years preceding. The sermon may have been preached in Weythnel, Old Radnor, where the Morris family resided.
