Description
This sermon expresses thanks to God for 'ye safe Deliverie of ye Queen & ye Birth of a young Prince' (James Francis Edward Stuart, Prince of Wales, the 'Old Pretender' and son of James II, 1688-1766). This sermon is written in a large, neat, and clear hand, with no crossings-out. There are marginal Biblical references throughout.
