This notebook contains notes taken by Matthew Bridge between March 1694 and July 1696 at First Church Lexington. These notes represent sermons by a variety of ministers, primarily the sermons of Benjamin Estabrook.

Material Features

Small notebook, missing covers, and written in neat hand. Many of the sermon notes integrate short hand or a cipher. Most of the pages are unfoliated and unpaginated, written on one side and then in reverse, but one section is written on both sides.
