Nonconformist minister based in Yeadon, Yorkshire. Disciple of Roger Brierley. Baptized on 15 June 1595. Collier was apparently not educated at a university. He appears to have moved to Rawdon, Yorkshire by 1672. Buried on 19 February 1677.
