The sermon has been dated according to a note on f. 156v, but also the Sermon on Titus 3:5 within the volume, which was preached by Obadiah Sedgwick in 1630. This is a fair copy, written in a mixed secretary and italic hand with very few corrections to the text. The margins are ruled in red ink.
