1684-07-21 - 1684-09-21 (new) - British Isles - Occasion not identified Date of preaching is identified as the “21st of the 7th month, 1684.” It is unclear whether these numbered months are Old or New Style, i.e. if the first month is March or January. To reflect both possibilities, the “Date Start” gives the 7th month according to the New Style (July), and the “Date End” gives the 7th month according to the Old Style (September). Sermon may have been preached in Ireland or in England.
Description
At the end of the sermon is an "x" and in the margin the comment "which sermon I did not hear." The last sentence begins "But of this, when as God shall help x"
