In the margin, p. 235, is written in a less formal hand: "See the sermons at the end of Watson's Body of Divinity." In the "Supplement" or "Addition of some Sermons" to this printed work "A Body of Practical Divinity [London: Thomas Parkhurst, 1692], the final item is entitled "Of knowing to do God, and not to do it," the text being James 4:17. According to the CL cataloguer, this is substantially the same discourse as the three sermons in Book 5, through verbally very different. The printed version gives no date or place of preaching.
