This is a full transcript of the second sermon in the series by John Collins, noted by Daniel Defoe (1660?-1731). In this particular sermon, Collins discusses 'the Commision it-self, that ye lord Jesus Christ gave to his Apostles at first as Extraordinary Officers of the Church, and to All those that he hath been pleased to make Ordinary Officers, and ministers unto the End of the world'.
