This is the second part of the sermon on Psalms 144:5. It concentrates on the words 'Touch the Mountaynes & they shall smoke'.
The preacher explains that this psalm 'is composed of prayses & of prayers' (cf. p. 2).
Preached ‘before the state, at the sollemnizing of the Princes birth’. This presumably refers to the baptism of the future Charles II.
