Small volume (18mo, 143x93mm) written in tiny, scrawled handwriting. Backboard is detached. Volume is foliated. Notes are in Latin, texts are usually in English. Paper; 94 folios; blind tooled c.1830.

Sextodecimo. Sixteenth century. The front board is detached. The hand is cramped and messy, and handwriting is at times reversed. Tight binding.

7 unbound and unpaginated folios, with one covering sheet with the title. All written in one very clear hand.

Written in one clear, large hand. 24 ff. Loose leaves stitched together at the top. The last three pages are blank.

Original vellum-bound volume with clasp, bound at the top. On the first page there is an inscription: "EG 1679".

Contemporary foliation and pagination. Has a contemporary leather binding with metal clasps, bound at the top. 60 ff. with some pages missing at the back of the volume.

A leaf attached to the front board contained a signature on the verso side that appears to read "M...Morlock." The bottom half of the next page is torn off. The first sermon begins on the following page. Unfoliated. Significant ink-bleed throughout most of the book. Sermons are written from both sides and where one sermon begins and another ends is not always easy to spot.
